Keith graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2019. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.

Prior to joining JT Legal LLC, Keith trained in dispute resolution matters in an established Singapore law firm. His previous training enables Keith to view matters with a litigious perspective to offer clients an all-encompassing solution.

At JT Legal LLC, Keith’s practice focuses on start-ups and emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, personal data protection and privacy, and investment funds.

Some of Keith’s notable deals include:

• advising on the share sale of a medical practice for a consideration of over SGD 30 million
• advising on the share sale of a mechanical engineering company to a multinational company based in Japan for a consideration of over SGD 17 million
• advising on with the acquisition and due diligence of a Singaporean target for a multinational company based in Korea worth more than SGD 4 million
• conducting the due diligence and assisting with the purchase of a fitness franchise
• advising on the creation of a second sub-fund in a VCC
