Megan graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Laws in 2020. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.

Megan assists in matters relating to wills and probate, intellectual property, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Some of Megan’s notable deals include:

• assisting with the sale of two Singapore companies providing cloud-based infrastructure services and IT services to a multinational firm for a consideration of over SGD 3 million
• advising a client from a veterinary practice to be bought out by a business partner worth over SGD 1 million
• advising the Singapore subsidiary of a commercial bank on compliance matters and providing staff training on internal control procedures
• assisting a recruitment company operating within Europe and Asia with the review of its personal data policies
• drafting a legal opinion for a Taiwanese company opining on the requirement of a payment services licence involving cryptocurrency

Outside of law, she is an avid tennis player, and is also into photography.
