Scott graduated from the National University of Singapore with Second Class (Upper Division) Honours in 2023 and is now an associate at JTLegal LLC. Prior to joining JTLegal LLC as an associate, Scott had gained valuable experience as both a trainee and intern at the firm. This early exposure to the firm’s culture and practices has equipped him with a deep understanding of the firm’s strengths and a strong commitment to its values.

He assists in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, listed company work, financial services regulatory, corporate governance and compliance matters, start-ups and emerging companies,  personal data protection and privacy, and investment funds.

Some of his notable deals include:

• amending the constitution of a Singapore-listed company in compliance with SGX listing rules
• reviewing the employment contracts of movie actors for a Singapore media company 

He is bilingually proficient in both English and Chinese. Beyond his professional pursuits, Scott enjoys playing golf, working out at the gym to keep fit, and enjoying peaceful outdoor retreats to reconnect with nature.
